WordPress MU

Hi!

I've got big problem with my WPMU (1.2.2). Page used for writing (post-new.php and page-new.php) open very, very slow - about 40 seconds.

Other pages in admin dashboard are ok.

I use VPS - http://www.site5.com

I don't know what cousing this problem. Do you have any ideas/hacks?

I didn't opened my WPMU for users (it is start-up) so it isn't problem with database.

I founded this http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic.php?id=3771&replies=7 but I think that problem is not solved. I don't understand advice from this post.

Do you have better ideas how to speed up post-new.php?

Here's what I would do. Look closely at the Activity(Safari-->View-->Activity) as the page loads. What file(script) slows it down?

Look for a script that is trying to be included but the permissions haven't been set to 755.

Firefox has a nice error console in the web developer kit.

Can you give post a more detailed error/activity list?

I checked my site using Web Developer in Firefox. I have got some CSS errors but I think that TinyMCE cousing this problem.

When I disable WYSIWYG, page opens 2 times faster!

When I disable all JavaScripts, page opens in 3-4 seconds!!!

Anyone have ideas how to speed up wordpress or have lite version of TinyMCE?

I think that "drag and drop" feature should be disable. But I don't know how to do it.
