WordPress MU

I just installed wordpress mu on my website. I have my directory chmod'ed to 777 and the database set up seemed to go well but after I went through the install I got this message:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/.stuff/user/domain.net/blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 860

It then sent me my username and password like it is supposed to. When I try to log in to my site (or do anything with it for that matter) I get the following:

No WPMU site defined on this host. If you are the owner of this site, please check Debugging WPMU for further assistance.

Any ideas?

Not trying to be a pain here but I would think clicking on the link that the error gave you and looking through those questions and actually answering them would be a good first start followed by searching the forums for the specific errors that you received as both have been covered before.
