A re-install of WordPress MU took place last night after spending . All blogs were deleted through the MU admin before following re-install procedures. I've noticed that the wp_registration_log and wp_signups tables have retained user information despite all the blogs/users having been deleted.
Would it be ok to clear these tables manually at this stage?

If all of the blogs and users are gone, then, yes, feel free.
Gotta admit that I would have just deleted all of the tables from the database via phpmyadmin instead of deleting the blogs one by one. Would have taken two seconds probably. :)

I deleted the blogs via MU admin by clicking 'Check All', then 'Delete' and 'Apply Changes'. Nice and snappy.
