I'm been having somebody work on installing some plug-ins such as Recent Posts. I am now ready with a design for my site that I need an experienced CSS/XML coder to convert from a Fireworks .png into a Word Press template.
There would be the initial template for the MU site, and then a very similar template for users! If I am pleased with your work, and you complete in a timely manner, I will have future templates to hire you on for.

Also, if you are able to install a tagging script to MU to have it show recent tags on the home page, that would be a plus that I would be willing to pay more for.
