WordPress MU

I'm in the WordPress MU Dashboard on my ADMIN account. I cannot find where to activate/deactivate plugins.

Someone help? This is a fresh install.

Well, I wish you would tell the rest of us, then! I want to install the "sticky" post plug-in, but there is no "plug-in" tab on my admin panel. How can I then install the plug-in? Can you please let us know where or how you found the plug-in tab? It doesn't exist in my blog.

Tick the box
