Hi,

When I surf in Dashborad, it response very slowly. I think the cause is my host doesn't Internet Connection, because they are some externals links which tents to make update from wordpress.org but couldn't. How to disable this links?

If you are talking about the links on the opening page of the wp-admin side of things you can simply edit out the code in the file - its pretty obvious

There is a plugin (can't remember the name) that disables all the dashboard feeds such as technorati and so forth. That will dramatically speed up your dashboard load times.

You can also just edit the wp-admin/index.php and wp-admin/index-extra.php file and remove them manually as well.
