WordPress MU

Hi,

I'm new to Wordpress MU, but I managed to:
- install it and make subdomains work
- install the Captcha plugin on register and login
- install admin bar and edit the layout

But I have a few questions wich couldn't be answered by a search query on this site, so here they are:

1. Is there a way to make the admin bar 'float' on the screen so that it is always visible on top, even if the visitor is scrolling down?

2. I have some trouble with spamlogs who register manualy, but in the title field they insert some html code, so that when his blog gets listed on the homepage, there are links to external sites, but not his blog url?

3. Plugins and widgets are nice, but what if an update occurs on WPMU? How does WPMU react on plugins that aren't compatible with the update?

4. Which plugins/widgets are most used on a WPMU community?

Hate to bump this, but having much troubles with nr.2: Splogs :(

best bet would be to add their domain to the banned domain's list in the Site Admin --> Options panel on your Dashboard.

I did that because most of them were coming from the same domains (bodun1.org, bodun2.org, etc.,..)
