No, as the WPMUDEV Premium subscription is not for support outside of their own material.

No, I'm not having problems. It's supposed to do that under certain circumstances.

    http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic.php?id=6253&page&replies=4

could this problem be occurred coz of smtp problem for example ? (coz mu check the email server) if yes, how can i check smtp settings for wpmu please ?

"[update] i noticed that people can pass wp-signup.php successfully only if their email addresses belongs to my website's address !"

If all your settings were correct, then you wouldn't be limiting email registrations to your domain.

    My wpmu-edit.php works just fine.

So, you've bugged something up somewhere on that one.

If the plugins/materials they offer appeal to you, then it would be worth it, right?

    right!
are Andrew & James certified wordpress developers ?
and if i start my website with the free wpmu .. is it possible to upgrade to the premium version in future ? or i have to make a decision from the beginning ?

Even though i deleted wpmu and uploaded then again , then installed it again.. the same problem is still there !

    That means either :
    - wpmu is buggy itself (and i dont think so)
    - there is a problem with my host (maybe mail settings oe smtp or something i dont know)

So what is my problem here ? and how to solve it please?

Im trying to setup WPMU on a fresh Macbook Pro running Leopard and I seem to be having a similar problem, users can't signup either to create blogs or as 'just users'. I don't get any error message, I just can't get past wp-signup.php

I checked the Apache error log and I get this error every time I try to register

[Tue Apr 22 14:54:54 2008] [notice] child pid 783 exit signal Bus error (10)

Now I don't know Apache at all so this is a mystery to me. I will say that I've tried installing WPMU a few times to check wether using subdomains was the issue. It's not.

My gut tells me this is a Leopard problem (and god knows there's a boatload when it comes to web dev on Leopard).

I'll keep chipping away at this and try to find a solution. I just thought I'd mention it here incase that Apace error means anything to anyone.

I'm not having any issues at all on 10.5.2.

Granted it's just for testing, but I've got several mu instances running without issue.

Other than some "nice to have" packages for dev, which a basic default user won't ever need, I haven't had a lick of trouble. Virtual hosts, custom error logs per site, the works.
