Alright I installed wordpress on to a server running windows server 2000.

It has PHP and MySQL installed, and I'm using IIS as the webserver.

The wordpress admin is working, and I can write posts, and they appear in the list of posts under the manage tab, but when I click view to the view the single post, I get a page can not be found error. The view post link is pointing to http://localhost.localdomain/wordpress/blog/...

When I look in my root folder in the wordpress folder I do not see a blog folder.

So it is like PHP is not actualy creating these post files.

    But PHP is working.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Ben

WPMU uses Apache ModRewrite to create virtual folders. WPMU will not work natively on IIS unless you install third party add ons. There are several threads about it all in these forums

In addition to the Windows/IIS issue,
"When I look in my root folder in the wordpress folder I do not see a blog folder."

And you're not going to. They are *virtual*. They exist only in the database.
