WordPress MU

So i've upgraded to the 11-25 release but i can't get the new htaccess working. I replaced

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST}
with
RewriteCond %{HTTP_http://site.com}

and all BASEs with empty spaces then i get 500 internal server error. where i'm wrong?
