WordPress MU

I upgraded to the latest version of MU, I changed the themes menus so I can edit themes, changed to a newer build of K2 and received this error message

Warning: main(../../../../../wp-blog-header.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/pointles/public_html/wp-content/themes/k2/app/includes/sbm-ajax.php on line 2

I reinstalled mu and cleared the themes from my blog load.

I am using domain mapping as well.

Have you checked for the file it's looking for?
