WordPress MU

Hi,

The swedish language pack WordPress MU 1.1.1 is available for download. I want to do a translation to version 1.3 but I'm wondering if instead of beginning from scratch I can update the 1.1.1 version and only translate missing text/words?
Is this possible? I have poEdit but I have no idea how it works? Can someone explain?
I also need the default english .po file.

You can use 1.1.1 as a base, sure. It works OK with 1.3, although not good enough.
