Increased File Size Limit But Still Not Working (5 posts)

I increased the file size on my MU domain to 20 mb both in the site admin settings and on the server settings, but am unable to videos over 6 mb to the wordpress site through the uploader on the dashboard. I was able to drop an 8 mb video file into the upload directory using ftp, but need to have it work through Wordpress.

When I upload a file larger than 6 mb through Wordpress it will look like it has taken the file, but will immediately flash for a second as if it going to go to the screen where you can add the file once it is uploaded and then show the file upload screen again with nothing in the browse field.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

    Thanks

I'm not sur if a define('MEMORY_LIMIT', xx); in wp-config.php will do it.

If it's not changing when the poster changes it within wpmu, probably not.

The poster may want to get with their host as it may be something that they can't override themselves and may have to get their host involved.

Thanks for the suggestions. We originally did change the php.ini settings to a higher size limit awhile ago, but we still cannot upload higher than 6 mb. I will talk with my system admin.
