I have recently installed Wordpress-Mu 1.3 and have this problem: cannot drag and drop widgets. I have tried in several widgets able themes. any suggestion?

Honest answer? There's a bit in the readme file includes with your download on how to ask for support here and what information should be included. Gotta admit that you don't give us anything to go on here. Not even what browser you're using or checking your webserver's error logs.
There is a trac ticket on the subject though.

My suggestion is to try it from a diferent computer and a different browser.

I had 1.3 fresh install on a new server and I got this problem too. I've the same version installed on a local server (windows+wamp) and here it works.
It's not because of my computer. It's not because of my browsers.
I have both ubuntu and win xp pro. The same issue for each. -
Thanks to all, everything is working properly now. the solution: to upload everything again. I think there was a cut in the previous uploading process.
