Hi I installed 1.3 MU on one domain, works perfectly
Installed it on another domain, seems to be ok, but when i create a new blog........newblog.mydomain.com
and try to go to the backend to edit it, it is a 404 error, nothing comes up at all. If I click on edit, it does not have a 404 error, it just goes to some edit for the main domain.

I also noticed that when I create a new blog, and go to the new url that should be there, there is a 404 error, the blog is not there
but in the admin panel, it looks like the blog is there, and it says, the name of the blog, edit, delete, backend, etc etc

Sounds like you skipped setting up the wildcards in apache and your dns server. Please double check the readme file included within your download if you're not unclear on how to do that. Also looking over the debugging script may be a plus as well.
