Ok, after learning the facts that my backups were not working, I am left with a problem.

My so-called backup database contians all the old information. I can verify that all my blogs are still in there with everything else. I can see all this information in the main_ tables

However, the wp_ tables contain information for a brand new install.

Is there any way I can fix my site to bring up the old information that is still in the database?

What Happened
Server crashed. All files lost. Database supposedly backedup on server.

Re-installed 2.3.2. However, the install process over wrote specific entries in my database. Now, my site only points to a brand new blog site.

Fixed it.

I dumped a new copy of 2.3.2 on the server.

Ran the config process. While editing the database name, user ID and password, I just updated the table prefix name.

Done.
