After installation of new version 1.3.2 infection of files in root directory a malicious code again repeats.
I already wrote about it ( http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic.php?id=7192&page&replies=12 ), and on advice it was updated, but hacks again repeat.
Hosting support responds to a problem so: "I have concluded very detailed investigation and I can confirm that your site has been hacked and the index page, as well as other vital parts of it has been modified.
In order to fix the problem I recommend you to restore the index page from a personal back-up copy..."
