    Hello,
I have got a blog with many visits, I use WP for it, and I want to offert to offert to my users get their own blogs but is it possible to integrate the users?
I mean when you login to http://blogs.site.com/username you can post in http://www.site.com
    Thanks!

I wouldn't even try and mix normal WP and WPMU. It would work if you install WPMU and import your existing site as the main blog.

    Do you want?

    blogs.site.com/username1
    blogs.site.com/username2
    blogs.site.com/username3

You might be able to create this scenario by using the multi-site manager plugin. http://wpmudevorg.wordpress.com/project/Multi-Site-Manager

Install directory base install on site.com. In the home setting for the main blog add www.

Then, using multi-site manager plugin create another site on blogs.site.com.

Then you would only need one login. I don't know if this would work but you could try it.

Why don't you just have, username.site.com?

I also would like to know, if it is possible to share user table (and login cookies), between WP and muWP?

muWP to be used for user blogs - but I would like mainsite to be based on "native" WordPress, to be able support new WP features, plugins, themes etc.

Besides the difference in the tables WP:wp_users and mpWP:wp_users - what would else be the challenge, to integrate WP and muWP ??

i have set up wpmu and in a subdir wp. Works without problems but wpmu has a bit extreme redirecting policy so I had to modify core files in order to get permanent links for the subfolder working. That was by the way the same for bbpress and wpmu. It would be great if wpmu wouldn't redirect users so quick.
