cant get mu-plugins folder's plugins working (7 posts)

    hello ,
    I install the wpmu.and used normal.
    but now i have two problum about use
    1. i can't get plugins to work. when i put the file in mu-plugins floder, i can see do nothing. when i put the file in plugins floder , it seem you must active the plugins. but when i active it . see nothing change.
    2. i can't change the languages to chinese . i do blow
    first : copy the zh_CN.mo to wp-include/languages/
    second: change the wp-config.php file
    and the blog seem to change nothing.

    so i want some people to help me . thanks a lot

    And no, you won't see them anywhere in admin. That's just the way it is.

    Yep, that must be done on a per-user basis. One user may not want to use the same plugin as another.

    Which plugin? Some plugins don't appear to do anything because you must add code to the theme to see the results. Some plugins add things to the admin panel. It just depends.

    Can you be more specific and pick one plugin for an example?

    May I know if there is a separate wpmu chinese language zh_CN.mo needed? The words "category" "blogroll" and some other are not translated in the frontend.

    Thanks Kingler, is it ok to use English, because I'm not comfortable with using Chiense when it comes to topics like this. I have registered myself in 72pines.org.
