after fresh installing WPMU 1.5.1 i changed the first post and welcome email but when i tried to sign-up i found no changes appeared , i'm trying the WPMU on 3 different test sites , i hope this can be fixed
also the email is sent from support@test.domain.com why not making it to be from the default email of the WPMU install or no-reply@domain.com ?

You changed both in your site admin options? That should work.

i tried it on another test sites/installation and still doesn't work
i checked back the admin options and they r fine as the same as i modified but still not showing on the new user's blogs -
That is weird as it usually comes in effect for all new blogs created after the change. What version are you using? Do you have object cache on with your blog?

and no , no caching and tried it on different servers
