OK ... this is odd. Last night, I simply created a new directory, uploaded the files, and changes the name to blogs.dir. I changed the original blogs.dir to something else first.
TODAY, I noticed that the new blogs.dir has a permissions set to "000" and I cannot change it. I cannot open it. This won't work, obviously.
