WordPress MU

I am trying to break my tag cloud up into two columns. I would ideally like to have the tag cloud be 800pixels in height.

Here is my current code which is just in list form:

<p><?php wp_tag_cloud('smallest=8&largest=18&orderby=name&format=list&number=0'); ?></p>

If you could help me modify this that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
