I know Wordpress quite well and I'm a noob in WPMU. I search a theme magazine adapted for WPMU, or for the homepage only.
I had found "structure" theme here in forums but I search other to try, if you have any directions, you make me happy.

none have been released. take that themes and add whatever MU bits you want to it.
For use on your main blog only, upload whatever magazine theme you want, then set it to be only available to your blog.
For use by other blog owners on your mu installation, you will have to make it mu compatible (but I'm not sure exactly what makes a theme mu compatible, not much I think). If you do this though, you will want to make sure the theme uses "theme options" because your users will not have access to the core theme code.
Thank you for yours precious responses, I understand now that is not a theme I searched, sorry if I was not very clear in my question.
