WordPress MU

We're almost done building a WPMU install that will power about 25 blogs and found out that the company will be selling off three or four of the sites.

Anyone know how much work is involved in exporting a few blogs from MPMU into separate installs of standalone Wordpress? I know it can be done, just wondering how much time it is going to take.

Waded through the forums and can see it has been talked about, but was hoping to find a step by step from someone who had done it. Or at least some possible pitfalls with migrating users, themes, etc.

use the Export tab, make sure you get all their uploads from their blogs.dir folder, snag a copy of the theme, maybe you might have to set up some users again.

I know it's not a job I'd look forward to.
