WordPress MU

been trying & tring to install WPMU locally on my Mac and get this - any ideas please? HELP!

Seeing as it's locally on your mac, you could try changing the permissions on those two to 755/777, and if that fixes the problem you know something's wrong there.

as the script is trying to create a new file, permissions should be for the directory.

change directory perms to 0777
