I use WPMU 1.51, anyone get the same problem?

Best bet would be to check the mail server logs and error logs as a first step. No offense but that is specifically stated in the debugging information:

Also check your Spam email folder on your email account. Mine still (apparently randomly) pop up there (using Google apps email).

no spam comin, i've checked that too
