WordPress MU

I screwed up I hit mark all blogs for spam and I hit enter... it made every blog spam including the admin file.

how can i fix this?

Do i have to go to the database?? My server runs database....

Yes, you'll have to go into the database, into the blogs table, and at least change blog_id 1 to not spam.
