Hi,
I have a running WPMU install with two domains. domain1.com is the main one, and domain2.com is running with a parked domain on domain1.com and the multi-site manager wpmu plugin.
Domain mapping is working well, I can generally run those together and subdomains are created as needed (DNS and aliases are OK). But, there is one issue though...
When a new user registers a blog for a subdomain on domain2.com the blog is assigned under domain1.com resulting in the user not being able to login with his user name. Looking at the created blog it appears under domain1.com instead of under domain2.com. If I use the "assign" feature and move the blog from domain1.com to domain2.com it all works well, the user can login to his blog on blog.domain2.com and proceed.
Why isn't this done automatically? where can I set the default assignment for the newly created blogs under a certain domain? is this normal behavior or a bug?
