Hello,
i just set up my wordpress mu 2.6 and when I want as a user to set up a blog on my main blog it says after activation when I go to my blog "The blog you have requested is not installed properly". What could be reasons for that??

Try to re-upload all the MU files again in your server and double check that you have them all in there. Good luck.
May I suggest reviewing the readme file and making sure that you've done everything contained in that file? You may want to also review the link to the debugging page as well as I don't see any mention of you checking your webserver's error logs.
