    I'd like to create a page telling prospective users what is a available. I looked around, but could find nothing.

    but any way to hide some plugins . .as their control not activated for user as i use for admin blog only ...

    We just hard code it and update the list when things are added or updated. Using a plugin in this manner is just yet another use of processor power that doesn't need to be.

    You could run the plugin, save the html and then use that in a Page, making what modifications you need afterwards.
