WordPress MU

hello every body your friend really need your help recently i have installed the latest version of wp mu in my server all was fine the issue is when i try to add a media what ever by uploading a file or just by filling the link in form url and click insert into post i get this message No input file specified.

i will be very thankful to this one who solve this problem and i promise him to invite him to a cup of coffe if we met if is not in this life maybe in an other one.
