mohamednazmiOr really, generally any help questions should have at least these bits of information in them to help the people, uh, helping (hey look, word hat-trick!):
- Apache/PHP version
- V-host enabled/disabled
- cPanel yes/no
I think it would make supporting a more pleasant experience :)
