Is there a plugin to rewrite or delete a certain words from the post title?

there is a similar plugin that changes post titles for posts saved without a title: http://thunderlounge.com/word-press/default-post-title.html I am sure this plugin can be easily changed to do what you want.
Beware the plugin site is extremely slow from my end, have patience.
