How to manage blogs with individual users / username and password (3 posts)

I have setup seven blogs for my board members.

    The original blog is http://paradiseparkmasonicclub.com/blogs/

I used directories because I couldn't get subdomains to work on the Edatarack webserver.

It's all up and working I have blogs for my board members
    paradiseparkmasonicclub.com/blogs/manager
    paradiseparkmasonicclub.com/blogs/president
    etc.

I want each board member to login and manage their own site. How do I do this? It appears right now the only way to login and post on those sites is to log in as the administrator I realize this is probably really dumb, but I would appreciate the help.

They have to have their own usernames and login, and they have to be assigned to those blogs.

Since you created the blogs for them, those blogs are "owned" by you.
