    Hello,

I would like to have a plugin that is enabled (or accessible) only to few of my customers, and not the others
    Namely, the unfiltered-mu :)

How could I do it ?

AFAIK, Plugin commander will only allow me to enable it for all my users, not just for some.
    Am I wrong ?

    Yep, you're wrong :)
Login as admin, go to the backend of blog in question and go to Manage -> Plugins.
You'll see plugins that are under user control and those that are not. Being logged in as admin you can play with both.

Some time ago I also wasn't aware of such feature of Plugin Commander :)
