Wordpress MU 2.6.3 has just been released and is available from the download page.

More details on my blog post here, including links to the Snoopy class file (and version.php) that has to be upgraded if you don't want to do a full upgrade.

Um, I'm a little confused here. I just installed the 2.6.3 and am getting the following error:

Warning: main(/home/xxx/public_html/wp-includes/wpmu-default-filters.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 298

wpmu-default-filters.php is not currently in the 2.6 branch. I tracked it down to the 2.6.2 fix which is located here:

    http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/changeset/1504

That changeset got applied to trunk. It never got applied to the 2.6 branch.

edit: Trac ticket created. Making that fix by applying the missing changeset fixs the issue. Without it, we have broken installs.

I'm not getting that on my upgraded version.

I see what the problem is. I'm running the diff between changeset 1478 within the 2.6 branch and changeset 1517 within the 2.6 branch and it's not picking up the 1504 changes as those were applied to track and not the branch. It's also not picking up added and deleted files.

    See?

    That's weird.

I'm not seeing where Donncha made the 2.6.2 and 2.6.3 tags.

We're still using 1.3.3; do the security problems affecting snoopy & version.php affect this version?

    And a slew of others.
