I'm running the Atahualpa theme on a WPMU 2.6.2 blog. It's stuck on the Visual tab, which only displays what should normally be on the HTML tab. Here's a screencast of what I'm talking about

What can I look at next? I've compared the view source for when the editor is working with another theme and when it's not working with Atahualpa. No discernable difference other than the editor itself being out of whack.

The webserver error logs to see if anything's in there. Also try using a different theme with Atahualpa sill in the theme directory to see if it's still affected.
I couldn't see the screencast page as it's labeled a porn site from here and firewalled.
Last time I saw this, I think it was crybook, something strange was loading out of the theme's functions.php file and causing problems like this.

Thanks. Sorry you couldn't see the screencast page. I'll check the web server error logs as I interact with the "Write" page on this theme and see what pops up.
