Does anyone fancy a WPMU awards before xmas?

Could be a great way of profiling your (and your clients) sites... and we promise not to rig the voting our way ;)

I tried leaving a comment on wpmu.org but the page timed out and I dont think the comment went through.

But I am up for it, I'd like to submit my site :P

Maybe you should do like categories cause not everyone uses MU for blog networks.

I'd submit too.

I couldn't even get to the site yesterday. The network I'm usually on has been having issues lately and, of course, IT never responds to endusers' complaints.

Do you mean not include WPMU sites? Wouldn't that be a touch odd for wpmu.org :)

General categories would be good though... maybe there should be a few by number of blogs (i.e. to distinguish between personal projects and great big whopping sites?)

I have to admit that I'm against it just on general principle. What's a good site for some is not for others.

Plus it would be real embarrassing if, say my soccer mom's site beat Luke's I can't make a right hand turn site. We'd never hear the end of that. At least from me.

Anyway, I reckon there's enough interest to have a run at it tomorrow - chuck me some categories here if you fancy and we'll get a shake on.

Two prizes again, peoples choice (one IP one vote... using... Polldaddy!) & Judges choice (whoever they may be - no competing and judging together!)

I'm in. Can I participate with my entry and also provide some kind of reward for the winner? Or that smells bad?;D

How about a "Best Alternative Education" site? :P
