WordPress MU

I am creating a multiple blog site using WordPress MU with about 30 blogs. Each blog will be managed by one blogger, and I would like to distribute ad revenue to each blogger based on the number of page views or hits of their blog pages. I am searching for an automated way to do this, and I cannot find anything. Does anyone know if a program or service that will automatically track website stats and distribute revenue to bloggers based on these stats?

Thanks for the link. How much control do I have over the location of the ads using this plugin? It seems like it has to be above or below the post, but we will have a layout already designed with ads in specific locations on the page. Will this plugin work in this situation?

this particular plugin doesn't offer you any choice over the placement of the adds, at least not out of the box.
