WordPress MU

I need help. I have several users on my site that need to edit their own themes which are unique to their blogs. No other users use these themes. They need to be able to edit their themes when they want.

I don't care how you do it, but it needs to work.

I need to find a solution to this asap and I have the money to pay you if you are willing to help me out. Just name your price and how long it will take to implement.
