WordPress MU

Hi,

I'm running Mu 1.5.1 merged with 2.5.1. I'm wondering why neither image captions or descriptions work when inserted via the media/image editor? I know I can hack the style sheet to add this manually, but it would be nice if the function worked in the GUI. Is this fixed in 2.6.5?

What is 'Mu 1.5.1 merged with 2.5.1'?

it's WPMu 1.5.1, and the blogs are running 2.5.1. not sure how else to describe it. from my version.php file in /includes.

Do the captions display correctly in the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor?

If they display correctly there, but don't display correctly on your website, then you need to modify your theme's style.css file so it contains the image caption styling rules.

actually no, the captions don't work in TinyMCE, and there's no sign of the actual caption code anywhere. so it seems that the caption code is not being inserted along with the image at all via the media uploader/inserter/editor.

Reupload the associated files and/or upgrade.
