Hi Folks,
just trialled an upgrade of a copy of my site from 2.5 to 2.6.2 and all seems to have gone ok, except the link for Site Admin has disappeared completely, I am left with settings, plugins and users.
Any ideas?

Forgot to see, seeing some huger error in the apache error log for the virtual that starts with
WordPress database error Duplicate entry '26' for key
I have executed wp-admin/upgrade

Panic over, seems weirdly, in the end, to have been a permissions prob on some of the new MYSQL files. Bah!
