After 2.6.5 upgrade to trunk the system change o sub-directories (1 post)

    I have upgraded an 2.6.5 test install to trunk and it seems that the system is now in sub-directory mode. New blogs are created in sub directories and the path of old blogs is '/'.

    I have made no change to the config file except for the new 'NONCE_KEY' and 'AUTH_SALT' keys. I have vhost set to YES and $base to '/'.

    Any ideas?
