Can WordPress Mu be used to develope a website with multiple users but not focused on Blogging??

Posted 15 years ago #Then Yeah MU can be used for whatever you want. You don't need to offer blogs and blog signups can be disabled.

Posted 15 years ago #Blogging is one component of BuddyPress, but can be very easily disabled (it's as easy as not installing the plugin and disabling registration).

Anyway, like everyone said, yes it can. Wordpress makes a very nice CMS (content management system).
