In Trunk 1589 if i am logged and i click on signup page the system ask me to enter a new username but i am already logged. The user cannot create more of one blog with the same username.

You look like you are right camaran. I can't stay logged in a with a test install either on /wp-signup.php even though the rest of the site has me logged in. Thanks for the ticket.
