WordPress MU

I'm pretty sure that there was a way to add folders and files that would be carried on whenever a new blog was registered, but I can't remember. Like, if you added blah.html to a folder, then someone registered as myblog.yourmu.com, they'd have myblog.yourmu.com/blah.html, and person number two would have myblog2.yourmu.com/blah.html, and so on, and so on.

So, what I'm wanting to do is have it where an installation of bbPress is included everytime someone new registers and for it to be integrated with the person's blog. Is this possible?

I remember reading something somewhere about Automattic working on the bbpress equivalent of Wordpress.com so maybe after bbpress goes final.

So there's no way of getting it to work?
