In the WP admin post editor, you cannot switch between the HTML and visual editor on at least one blog. It works on others, but I've noticed it on this particular blog. I've read the forums and didn't find a solution yet. Is there a solution other than a reinstall?
I've tried it in FF and Opera. I also had the problem on a site that's using WP.
99% of the time there's a plugin interfering and throwing up hidden JavaScript errors.
Any tiny JavaScript glitch and the Visual editor takes a nap.
You are absolutely right. I just checked and the blogs that have this particular plugin (which also messed up the rss feed for our wp site a few months ago) have the problem with the text editor. What exactly needs to be fixed in the plugin file? Is it whitespace?
Could be anything, really. you can either check that plugin for updates, wonky code in the plugin file itself, or look for an alternative that does the same thing.
