The since early december users have not been able to 'add new' users to their individual blogs because of an error with the wpmu-options.php file, it parses correctly but when someone clicks on the add user option it directly goes to the 'site options' instead of any add user.

I'm guessing that's just the wrong url in the dashboard to go to the appropriate place to add new users. Any ideas?
