Right now my Blog Address field in Site Admin/Blogs on Add Blog is blog1.domain.com. Where do I change it to http://domain.com/blog1?

Are you trying to change the path of the blogs? Unless they've changed something since I set up my blogs, you cannot change the blog path. It says that in the installation instructions. Sorry. If you have no blogs set up, just do a reinstall.
