I just want to find an installation steps for MU, do we need to install WordPress 2.0.2 first and then the MU version?

No, you can install just WPMU. It's really straightforward as it walks you through it. The only thing I didn't know about was having the host enable virtual subdomains, so I had to reinstall it, but it's really a great script & I'm loving it :)
